Kopparberg Urban Forest is an over 18s only site. We implement the Challenge 25 policy on all patrons, so please bring photo ID with you, passport, driving licence or ID with PASS logo.

CAMERA POLICY

Cameras are allowed in Kopparberg Urban Forest.

ADMISSION POLICY

The site has a limited capacity. Admission will be allowed on a first come first served basis until we are full. We will then operate a one in one out policy. The right of admission is reserved by security and management. Readmission will be allowed as long as there is space in the venue. Security cannot hold space for somebody who leaves. Please ensure that you have cash when you get on site, however debit cards and credit will be accepted on both bars but not on food stalls.

Patrons consent to any filming and sound recordings as members of the audience.
Patrons may be subject to continuous sound levels which may cause potential damage to hearing.
Patrons may be exposed to strobe lights.
No food or drink to be brought into the venue.
No illegal substances may be brought into or taken on the premises. Anyone caught in possession of such substances will be ejected from the premises and may be reported to the police.
Any person found throwing drinks in the venue will be removed from the premises and may be liable for damages caused to equipment.
Smoking is allowed in the open air parts of the venue.

PLEASE NOTE: Drinking on the street is prohibited in the Borough of Tower Hamlets. Any customer found in possession of alcohol will be refused entry to the venue and possibly detained for police action. This is a Challenge 25 venue. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 when you buy alcohol.

Kopparberg Urban Forest adopts a neighbour friendly policy so please respect our neighbours and make as little noise as possible when leaving the venue and make full use of local transport.
