BERNHOFT, DAGNY & MIKE WYATT

Norwegian retro-soul musician, and stunning solo performer Bernhoft has been making his name known globally over the last few years. The singer’s guitar riffs, piano chords, and lyrics embrace both the heartbreaking raw emotion of reality and soulful positivity. He has announced details of his third album ‘Islander’; a collection that was inspired by Swedish pop, the trailblazing soul of Stevie Wonder and Sly Stone, and the intricate folk-rock of Carole King.

DAGNY

DAGNY is a Norwegian singer songwriter that has blossomed from a musical background in Tromsø in the very north of Norway. In many ways her music reflects her personality – a folk/pop sound infused with eternal optimism, yet mixed with a more questioning and melancholic expression. Dagny is now residing in London where a busy summer schedule of concerts and festivals in the UK awaits. Dagny is no stranger to the live stage having opened for Sir Elton John, playing to a crowd of over 10,000 people in March 2012 and later that same year she was the exclusive support for Sting in Bangkok.

MIKE WYATT

At just 23 years old, Mike Wyatt has a voice which you would never imagine comes from his young looks, focusing on a raw, soulful and raspy quality. Alongside this is his ability to play the guitar to a top level, having previously been a session guitarist for many artists including performances with the Ting Ting. Within just 6 months of releasing his first EP titled ‘Tell Me’, Mike has been featured on the BBC Introducing community and all over the country on stations such as BBC London, BBC Leeds and the Best Of British Unsigned to name a few, which has also led to him working with some of the UK’s top producers/writers for his next release. Mike is heavily inspired by older blues artists such as Freddie King, B.B King and Muddy Waters and incorporates this into his sound whilst maintaining a popular style influenced by artists such as John Mayer, Jack White, Michael Kiwanuka and Alabama Shakes.
